Description
Commodity Synopsis The Air Force intends to solicit for the following commodity: The 76 CMXG requires a contract for the purchase of one (1) Nitrogen Generator Package. The requested descriptions/specifications are outlined below: a. Nitrogen Generator System to include 1. Nitrogen Generator 2. Oxygen Analyzer 3. Nitrogen Storage Tank 4. Air Compressor 5. Compressed Air Tank 6. Refrigerant Dryer 7. Start Up/Commissioning and Training 8. First Year Annual Maintenance Kit 9. Five (5) Year Preventive Maintenance Kit b. This system shall provide minimum of 15cfm Nitrogen continuous use for 8hrs test period, 100psig pressure and 60-200F temperature at point of use, 99.999% Nitrogen purity. c. This system shall be fit in an area of 415 ft2. Minimum of 3ft clearance is required around each equipment. Height shall not exceed 10ft and weight shall not exceed 500 PSF (Pounds per Square Foot) Uniform Live Load. d. This system shall be operated from a 120V/60Hz/1Ph or 460V/60Hz/3Ph power sources, and 52psig/57F chilled water. e. All components shall be available as commercial off the shelf (COTS) items and shall be compliant with National Electric Code (NEC) and ASME Section VIII Div. 1-Pressure Vessels. f. The contractor shall insure that system administrators have access to perform mandatory patch management and security scans in order to comply with current AFSC System Maintenance Plan and Information System Configuration Management. g. The contractor shall insure that any windows operating system can be configured to be domain joined and that contractor access will be restricted upon completion until access is deemed needed for consultation, maintenance, or repair. h. Network switches/hubs are not allowed. All data ports shall be configured to route through existing onsite network hardware consisting of category cabling. i. A list of all hardware requiring data connection shall be submitted prior to any onsite installation. j. All data is to be configured for remote storage in existing SQL servers. No data will reside solely on equipment installed as part of this system. k. The contractor shall deliver a detailed Installation Drawing and Operational Manual for the system to the Government POC. The Government will install the system and connect all utilities IAW the Installation Drawing and Operational Manuals provided by the contractor. l. The contractor shall start Up/Commissioning. m. The Contractor shall conduct a minimum of 2 hours of on-site familiarization and training during the hours of 0800 to 1430 for up to three (3) operators. Training/familiarization shall be scheduled so as not to interfere with Federal Holidays or weekends. n. The Contractor shall warranty all equipment free of defects for one (1) year. The Contractor will be notified of defects by the Government in writing. The Contractor shall respond to all reported problems within 24 hours. Defects shall be remedied at no cost to the Government within ten (10) calendar days. Warranty shall start after all training, implementation audit(s), testing, deliverables, and final approval(s) are completed and Government POC has issued their final acceptance of the system. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.�� Estimated Period of Performance: 5 Feb 2021 to 30 Sept 2021 Total Small Business Set-Aside.
