- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-21-Q-0046 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-4. Full and open competition will be used, NAICS code 339112; the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Corded Micro Drill Sets for the Lawton Indian Hospital. The specifications are attached. Brand Name or equal. 60 days ARO Price to include shipping The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable.
