This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621U0072 and is issued as a RFQ. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, DFARS change notice 20210224, and AFAC 2019-1001. This is a notice that this purchase is a 100% total small business set aside.
