- This is a Sources Sought notice; issued for planning purposes only; and no award shall be made from this posting. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District is seeking interested sources capable of providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan (FMM) Area Flood Risk Management Project, Drain 27.� The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan (FMM) Area Flood Risk Management Project is a large, multi-faceted project that will result in significant flood risk management for the project area.� Drain 27 is one part of the overall FMM project. The Drain 27 Wetland Restoration Project will provide the mitigation required to offset wetland impacts associated with the federally constructed portion of the FMM Project in North Dakota. This includes the Interstate 29 road raise, Wild Rice River Structure, as well as portions of the Diversion Inlet Structure, the Red River Structure, and the Southern Embankment (Reaches SE-1, SE-2, and SE-3). The study area of the Drain 27 Wetland Restoration Project is the area that extends northward between the Diversion Inlet and the Wild Rice River Structure. The 2400-acre study area is located south of 100th Avenue South, north of 124th Avenue South, east of 170th Avenue Southeast, and west of 38th Street South near Horace, Cass County, North Dakota.� Work will include, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, road removal, stripping, excavating, topsoil respread, and planting of native vegetation. It is anticipated that this project will be solicited on or around January 2022.� Once awarded, construction completion is estimated in the fall of 2022.� All dates are tentative and for planning purposes only.� The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project would be 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $39.5 Million. Information submitted will be used in determining an acquisition strategy. It is your responsibility to provide adequate detailed information for the Government to determine, without doubt, that your firm is capable of providing the required products/services. In order for your response to this sources sought to be considered, we ask that you provide all of the following: 1) A capability statement expressing your firm's interest in this requirement, describing your company and its capability to provide the products in a timely fashion. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by your firm and/or in-house personnel. 2) A statement of your firm's business size and type with regards to the NAICS code listed above. If your firm falls into one of the sub-category small businesses, e.g. HUBZone or Service Disabled Veteran Owned, please provide that information as well. 3) CAGE Code and DUNS number (for your firm and any potential subcontractors or partners).
