- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry, namely the Small Business Community to include Small Business, Section 8(a), Service-Disable-Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB), Hubzone, and Women-owned(WOSB) Small Business Concerns. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors.� This is a non-personal services contract to provide waste collection and disposal at the Talleyrand Depot. �The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform �all services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished. Please read the attached Performance Work Statement for complete details.� The Talleyrand Depot is a facility for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that serves as a warehouse and base operations for the Hydrographic Surveying Jacksonville Field Office.�The objective of this service contract is to procure waste collection and disposal services for the 6-yard closed top dumpster and the 20-yard open top, roll-off dumpster. The Government is looking to award a Base Contract contract with 4 Option�years no later than 1 August 2021. The expected value is not to exceed $10,000�per year for a total value,� including all options,�not to exceed $50,0000.
