REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Life Cycle Industry Days (LCID) Audio/Visual Requirements CAUTION: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes. In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation; the U.S. Government is conducting market research. In addition, the Government is requesting any feedback or comments to the Government�s requirements. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Further, the Air Force is not, at this time, seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. OBJECTIVE: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) co-hosts the Life Cycle Industry Days (LCID) event annually.� LCID is an event that brings together leaders within the Department of Defense (DoD) and DoD contractors to share information, new technologies, and visions for the future.� AFLCMC is seeking sources with the capability and industry experience to successfully accomplish the audio/video requirements as outlined below. REQUIREMENTS: The following are initial requirements for an Audio/Visual vendor to successfully project LCID to 800+ participants located throughout the US Provide Livestream Video capable presentation for 2 day conference (0730-1630 daily) Provide a platform that has bandwidth to safely and securely stream presentations across the US without interruption/drops Project speakers/panel members on screen.� Panels will consist of a maximum of 8 people in different locations throughout US Streaming platform must be accessible to both government and industry registered participants within the US Provide a capability for audience to ask questions, either verbally or electronically Capture presentations electronically and display them on LCID website for viewing Ensure Program Office video recordings are uploaded for viewing during and after LCID Execute at least one rehearsal with representatives for speaker/panel members Require two-factor authentication for participants and audience If, after reviewing the requirements, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide the documentation/information as outlined below that supports your company's capability in meeting these requirements.� All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities, indicating examples of commercial services and specifications related to this effort. Also indicate if you are the provider, or provide the name and size of the provider of the supplies or services you will be supplying.� Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities.� If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, clearances, etc�).
