Description

Requirement Title: 125 STS Human Performance Program Services This project is located at the 142d Wing, Portland Air National Guard Base, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, Oregon. This project is being solicited 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 621399. The small business size standard is $8 million. Due to COVID-19 precautions and the nature of the services required there will not be a Pre-Proposal Conference or a�Site Visit. This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB), offers will not be opened publicly. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.�The best value will provide a comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary �pre-habilitative� physical training program with focused strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, and physical therapy.
