Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to use a justification and approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition for two�succeeding leases that�total approximately 24.7 acres of land for the operation of a Float Bridge Training Area by Fort AP Hill. Both of these leases�provide Fort AP Hill the opportunity to access the Rappahannock River at Hick�s Landing for training purposes.�The Rappahannock River provides the environment for watercraft training that cannot be duplicated at Fort AP Hill. The J&A�will authorize these leases in support of the watercraft training at Fort AP Hill. Comments to this notice must be submitted in writing, postmarked by May 25th�2021�and addressed to: Chief of Real Estate Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District 803 Front Street Norfolk, VA 23510-1011
