- Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering into a single source procurement with Corps Medical Supply, LLC. for a Leica SDI 4c & SDI 4e, BIOM 5c,adapter, supply cable, control cable, paper filter, switch cable adapter, BIOM steri-container/inset, and a drip feed oil steri-lit for Jesse Brown VA Medical Center located in Chicago, IL. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 4/30/2021 at 9:00 a.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
