Description

Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract with Cesco, Inc., 7251 Cross County Rd, North Charleston, SC, 29418-3300, CAGE Code 6K233. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure preventative maintenance and training for two water blast operations at Letterkenny Army Depot. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period and four twelve month options. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer Cesco, Inc. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 � Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard $8,000,000.00, and the product code is J049. The statutory authority permitting this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0023 will be released on or about 04�May�2021, with a closing date on or about 18�May 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://beta.sam.gov on or about 04�May 2021.
