Q & As RFQ Number: 36C25721Q0376 RFQ Title: Medical Gas Equipment Service February 9, 2021 1. Can a site visit be conducted before bids are due? A. Yes. 2. If a site visit is not possible, can pictures, make and model of equipment to be serviced be provided? A. Yes. 3. Is this service currently under a contract, if so with whom? A. Yes, Beacon Madeas. 4. Are there any OSHA training requirements for technicians? A. Need to be Gas Certified. 5. Will technicians meeting the ASSE 6040 certification as per NFPA 99 meet the requirement in lieu of factory OEM training? A. End-User can not answer this. This is typically a facilities question. 6. For quoting purposes in regards to repairs of equipment, are you looking for an hourly rate or an all-inclusive price including all repairs? A. All Inclusive price including all repairs.
