- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�New York City:�Bronx Delineated Area:�New York's 14 Congressional District which includes the eastern part of The Bronx and part of north-central Queens. The Queens portion includes the neighborhoods of Astoria, College Point, Corona, East Elmhurst, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, and Woodside. The Bronx portion of the district includes the neighborhoods of City Island, Country Club, Van Nest, Morris Park, Parkchester, Pelham Bay, Schuylerville, and Throggs Neck.�See attached map. The following�link can be utilized to determine if a proposed location�falls within New York's 14 Congressional District:� https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/NY/14 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�16,293 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�17,108 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�Sixty-five (65) Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�65 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 65 Full Term:�15 Years (180 Months) Firm Term:�10 Years (120 Months) Option Term:�One (1) -� 5 Year Renewal Option Additional Requirements: This requirement cannot be met by space that is on the first floor,�below the first floor or on the top floor. The building cannot have an abortion clinic, mental health clinic, drug rehab clinic, immigration offices, probation offices, public defenders, or any type of social services. The building must also not have adjacent metered parking. The building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehab clinics, or daycare facilities. The parking must be secured and accessible 24/7. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
