Description

This procurement will be restricted to BAE Systems Land and Armaments, L.P. (CAGE 06085) of York, Pennsylvania for the weld repairs on vehicle engine compartment in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (BFVS) A4 variant. This action will utilize FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The repairs will be performed at Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texas on QTY one (1) A4 vehicle, S/N 2AGR0238Y.� The repairs will begin immediately after receipt of award. Inspection, Acceptance, and FOB will be Origin. The offer due date is on or about 11 May 2021. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-WRN. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
