Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Department of Veterans Affairs, Indianapolis VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, intends to negotiate a limited source contract under FAR (FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B)), Only One Responsible Source (the OEM) for the supplies listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 325412 and the PSC is 3650. The OEM vendor, Omnicell Inc., does not have any authorized distributors. Omnicell Inc. is located at 590 E Middlefield Road, Mountain View, CA 94043. This Base plus four option year contract for the items listed belong are under FSS V797D-30111. Description of Equipment or Supplies: The system will be composed of the following equipment, software, and subscription: IVX WORKFLOW IVX HL7 INTERFACE IMPLEMENTATION IVX VIRTUAL IMPLEMENTATION IVX SOFTWARE FOR 5 PRINTERS IVX COLOR LABEL PRINTERS IVX ZEBRA BARCODE SCANNER IVXCLOUD SUBSCRIPTION (Base plus 4) IVXCLOUD SUBSCRIPTION ADDITIONAL (Base plus 4) A firm fixed FSS price base plus four option years contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers.
