- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) presents Solicitation N6449821R4031, to be awarded on a competitive basis. This requirement is intended to provide engineering support for 400 Hertz, 28 VDC and 270 VDC Electrical Power Systems aboard surface ships and aircraft carriers primarily in support of aircraft and combat system loads. This requirement is intended to address obsolescence of existing 400 Hz Solid State Frequency Converters (SSFCs) and provide 270 VDC capabilities as required to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. NSWCPD seeks to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (FFP IDIQ) type Contract. The period of performance will be five (5) years. This effort is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
