Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide 36 each of the VYPR 2P, PhysioSpec Greenhouse, 120-277v PSU, 6' AC cord, 5-15P, 3' DC Ext., Pipe Brackets, Single Packout OR Equal. Brand Name or Equal is required for this acquisition. (A) The solicitation number is 1034609 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-05 March 10, 2021 (C) This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 335122.
