- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is V2187903048200 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333241 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-04-30 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be , null null The FLC - Norfolk requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: Detach and remove the existing hot bar station consisting of two (2) connected 4- well hot bars, with a combined length of 140�, currently in place where the new cold salad bars will go. Contractor will not be required to dispose of this station., 2, EA; LI 002: COLD BAR REPLACEMENT, Provide and install two (2) MGR custom stainless steel cold bar top salad bars in place of removed 4-well hot bar station. MGR brand required with the following specifications: H � 31�, L 70.0�, W � 28�, on legs 4� off the ground. One large open well that spans the entire bar top, Grease and oil resistant, Insulated interior, Lockable latches, Refrigeration system with thermometer, Electrical out 115V/60HZ, Refrigerated cabinet compartments, with overhead breath guard cold bar will be in accordance with NAVSEA Technical Publication T9640-AC-DSP-010/HAB. Upon award the vendor must request JPAS access from the base security and USS Bataan security. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
