- Sources Sought Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Interpretive Design and Fabrication Services This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purposes of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated for providing information in response to this synopsis or on any follow up information. No solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) will use information obtained through this synopsis as well as other market research to develop an acquisition strategy. Summary: The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for interpretive design and fabrication services. The work under this MATOC is expected to include, but is not limited to the following: � Concept designs including onsite reconnaissance, story research, design, and illustrated/written reports � Interpretive prospectuses � Schematic exhibit and visitor center plans � Exhibit and visitor center scale models � Renderings of exhibits and structures � Job cost and budget estimating � Original illustrations in various styles for a variety of media-especially focused on wildlife and wildlife habitats � Photo search, procurement, shooting, and processing � Graphic layout and camera-ready art for exhibits � Dioramas to include: taxidermy mounts, carved models, resin models, and botanical reproductions � Fabrication and on-site installation of kiosks, signs, ramadas, and cases for Visitor Centers � Traveling exhibits � Electronic programs, interactive games, lighting systems, polar motion, videos, and robotics The area of coverage will be the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and any U.S. territory. The term of the contract is expected to include a base period of 1 year with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. The value of each individual contract is expected to be $1,000,000 per year or $5,000,000 over five (5) years, with options (if exercised). Task orders under this contract will be issued as Firm-Fixed Price. The primary NAICS code for this acquisition will be 541430�Graphic Design Service and the size standard is $8.0 Million. Response Requirements: All business categories are invited to respond. Responses must include the following: � Duns number and business type (i.e. Large Business, Small Business, (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a) Program or other). � Completed Geographical Location Selection Form � Document capability by providing a narrative response detailing a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of (5) projects similar to those detailed above. Project information shall include final price, location, date, and a narrative description. � Include a statement detailing capacity to accomplish work required by the Service under a future IDIQ award.
