Description

This is a special notice, not a request for quote, proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to obtain industry comments and knowledge only for the purpose of assessing the availability of qualified sources. The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, ND is seeking sources for the delivery of new mattresses and pickup/disposal of old mattresses (1-5 days after delivery of new mattresses) at 15 separate locations within North Dakota, near Minot AFB. Mattresses must be in compliance with specifications listed within Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. See Attachment for all requirements pertaining to this contract. Responses should include the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Please direct any questions or concerns to SSgt Jonathan Panganiban at jonathan.panganiban@us.af.mil (701-723-3949) or to the Contracting Officer, SSgt Tyler Rowell at�tyler.rowell@us.af.mil (701-723-3056). This notice is to assist the 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB, ND in determining potential sources only, and to assist in determining whether there are enough capable sources to allow this to be a�Total Small Business Set-Aside. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. No bases for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice.
