- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. �This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply NSN: 4210-01-558-9951, DRIP TORCH. This NSN is fully competitive in accordance with drawings specified in the item description. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, possibly five years. The Annual Estimated Quantity for this item is 6,750 each. This NSN requires First Article Testing (FAT).
