- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Tracking Number: 832118217 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for Automation and Infrastructure. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� 2300 East Drive, Building 3600, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406 INTRODUCTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The SEL8 Line of Business (LOB) Automation and Infrastructure branches (SEL81/82/83/84) is seeking information for potential sources to provide technical support using standardized best practices, processes and technologies to successfully implement business solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) workloads for all DISA technology offerings. Anticipated Time Frame: 11 Jan 2022 thru 10 Jan 2027 Place of Performance: DISA Columbus Ohio, DISA Montgomery Alabama, and DISA Oklahoma City Oklahoma. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: Contract Number: HC1028-20-F-0005 Contract Type: FFP Incumbent and their size: Creative IT Solutions, LLC, Small Business Method of previous acquisition: Small Business Set Aside Period of performance: (Nov 2019- Jan 2022) REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: 1 The Communication Line of Business (COMM LOB) provides secure, reliable, and economical network design engineering and consultation to Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Partners for traditional Data Center and cloud based systems, applications, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) workloads. Describe your experience in designing, engineering, deploying, and transitioning standard and non-standard customer applications and service requirements for traditional data center systems or cloud based solutions. 2) COMM LOB provides 24x7x365 network operations to ensure proper sustainment of all managed enclaves. Typical support includes operations of multi-vendor hardware and software solutions to include but no limited to, firewall, Load Balancer, routers, switches, and bind for domain name systems.� Describe your experience providing 24x7x365 network operations and sustainment support which includes but is not limited to installing, provisioning, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, change/incident/problem/performance/capacity management, life cycle management of a multi-vendor hardware/software environment, Continuity of Operations (COOP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and network integration support. 3) COMM LOB provides a strategic approach that deploys and sustains innovative technology-based network infrastructure solutions by implementing an optimal, consistent set of standardized best practices, processes, and technology to allow for successful implementation of business solutions that are focused on performance, cost, and sustainability.� COMM LOB cannot do this without coordinated maintenance events, or Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), to ensure the there is no disruption to the Mission Partner.� Describe your experience in working documented maintenance events, or ASIs, that details the necessary processes, configuration changes, pre-ASI checklist, post-ASI checklist, cable cut sheets (if required), Engineering Implementation Plan (EIP) or/or Migration Implementation Plan (MIP) (if applicable), and rollback plan. Provide any configuration management and change management systems you are familiar working within to document these types of events. 4) COMM LOB provides engineering support for Mission Partners whose systems and applications require Web Application Firewall (WAF) Readiness and Security Policy Readiness.� COMM LOB must be able to support DoD Orders and Directives by meeting suspense dates, projects, and milestones to include Mission Partners requests for support in meeting these same standards and guidelines for compliance.� Describe your experience with WAF and the ability to onboard Mission Partners to be in compliance with WAF and DoD Standards.� Describe your experience with Security Policy Implementation Process, monitoring exception policy reports, maintenance of Application Security Module (ASM) maintenance, and configuration of ASM, ability to update vendor-released Attack Signature files. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Must have Secret Clearance as of the Request for Proposal (RFP) submission due date and 8570.01-M/8140, Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2. SOURCES SOUGHT: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541512, with the corresponding size standard of $30,000,000.� This Sources Sought Synopsis is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code.� To assist DISA in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or �partnering to meet each of the requirements areas contained herein. �This includes responses from qualified and capable Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women-owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and 8(a) companies.� You should provide information on how you would envision your company's areas of expertise and those of any proposed JV/partner would be combined to meet the specific requirements contained in this announcement.
