Description

NASA�s Ames Research Center (ARC), Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and Kennedy Space Center (KSC) each require annual maintenance of their perpetual licenses for AutoCAD� software.� NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the service from Cullimore and Ring Technologies Inc (CRTech), 2501 Briarwood Drive, Boulder, CO 80305, under the authority of FAR 13.501.� Before Autodesk ceased selling its perpetual licenses for AutoCAD� software, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sold to CRTech the following serial numbers: 565-81994766, 562-80203418 and 562-24177802.� These licenses are currently in use at the centers named above, respectively.� It has been determined that CRTech is the sole reseller authorized to provide maintenance for these licenses.� The period of performance for the proposed contract will begin May 1, 2021, and end April 30, 2022.� The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511210. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Caitlin Poulton at Caitlin.M.Poulton@nasa.gov or Megan Bang at Megan.A.Bang@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM CST on April 29, 2021.� Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.� A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
