Procurement Method: Single Source Region(s) of Performance: AC- Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (Oklahoma City, OK) NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center and The Office of Aerospace Medicine Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Aerospace Medical Research Division (AAM-600) Bioaeronautical Sciences Research Branch (BSRB), intends to award to a single source contract to JusticeTrac Inc. to provide a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Toxicology Database Software (ToxDB). The BSRB assesses aircrew health and its relationship to the ability to perform safety sensitive�functions by providing comprehensive forensic toxicology testing services, cutting edge�research in functional genomics, and top-tier data handling services for aviation accidents. The�legacy ToxDB system has been the long-time data repository for this aviation accident data�and includes two applications, ToxFlo and Medical Analysis & Tracking System (MANTRA),that allow access to and processing of the aviation accident data housed in ToxDB. Abstract: Purpose of the Announcement:� In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
