Description

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing Life�Insurance (RFP# 19TD55-21-R-0002)� to locally employed staff of the U.S. Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago. The estimated number of employees is one hundred and four (104). Please note that these are estimated quantities. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered . The soliciation will be issued via the beta.Sam� website. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date, please see the Request for Proposals�(RFP) for the actual date.�The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal pursuant to FAR provision 5.207.� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery/Requirements type contract.�The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Electronic submission /responses: This opportunity does not allow for submission of proposals via electronic commerce. Please mail your proposal to the contracting office listed in the solicitation to ensure receipt no later than the response date and time.��
