- MODIFICATION 1 Extended RFQ due date to 05/17/2021 to accomodate various site visit locations. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ HVAC Preventative Maintenance, Florida This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561210.� The small business size standard is $41.5M. The Service Contract Labor Standards act applies to this service in Miami-Dade, FL and Monroe, FL. All non-personal services performed under this contract is required to meet the quality and performance standards as identified. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the technical requirements for a five-year Repair and Maintenance Service Contract for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems identified in this document. The Contractor will be required to perform emergency and routine repairs, and scheduled periodic maintenance and operational checks on the herein described equipment in accordance with the instructions defined in this document. The goal of this contract is to maintain optimum equipment performance and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
