Description

This project is being solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220-Commercial and institutional buildings. The size standard is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three (3) years. Project Magnitude Range is above $10M. Persons intending on offering a proposal should attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit on April 28, 2021 at 10:00am CST. See Section 00100 for specific details. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid bond is required with the proposal.� Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than September 30th, 2021. This action has been identified on the NGB priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.� The solicitation and all information notices and amendments will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov.
