Description
SYNOPSIS Requirement: Remove existing amphitheater at Lake Alpine on the Stanislaus National Forest and construct a new amphitheater to include but not limited to projector pedestal, electrical, stage area and benches. Location: From Sonora California, travel North on State Hwy 49. Turn right on Parrots Ferry Road and continue through the town of Columbia, past Columbia until the intersection of State Hwy 4. Head East on Highway 4 past Bear Valley California. Look for Forest Road 7N17. �Turn right on 7N17 to access the Marmot Day Use area where the project is located. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of Magnitude (base and all options (if any)): (b) between $25,000 and $100,000 Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start in July 2021 and be completed within 30 days after notice to proceed. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. �The related small business size standard is $16.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 24 May 21 at 1000.� Contractors should meet at the amphitheater site. Bonds: A bid guarantee IS NOT required.� However, there will be a requirement for payment protection (payment bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC)) if quote is between $35,000 and $100,000. ��Payment bond or ILC will be required for 100% of the award price and be submitted within 10 days after contract award.�� Inquiries: Any prospective quoter desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before submission of their quotes but not later than 4 business days prior to solicitation due date. Requests for information received after this time may not receive a response. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to beta.SAM.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be posted on or about 6 May 21. �Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
