PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered, and no partial awards will be made. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is�15F06721Q0000217�and is being conducted as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is�335129 - Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing; the size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract of a Brand Name Product Only. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item, firm-fixed-price purchase order under the procedures listed under FAR Parts 12 and 13. See RFQ for details.
