Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC� 28310 will be sole-sourcing a requirement to purchase surgical supplies from TMJ Solutions, Inc. located in Ventura, CA.� TMJ Solutions being the sole manufacturer of a patient-fitted TMJ prosthesis within the legal guidelines of the United States FDA. The surgical procedure is scheduled for June 2021.� TMJ Solutions, Inc., is a small business. Subject: TMJ Prosthesis The Solicitation Number:� W91YTZ21Q0133 and will be posted on BetaSam.gov within the next 15 business days using line item 0001. The Product Service Code: 6515.
