Description: This notice is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, to VelocityEHS to build, provide and maintain an electronic database to record and track emissions data, perform complex calculations, and generate reports to demonstrate compliance with DOEE and EPA regulations.� VelocityEHS is the only vendor who can establish this communication between the toe databases, so that the communication between two databases would not be lost.
