Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: WORCESTER Delineated Area: CITY LIMITS OF WORCESTER Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�12,194 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,194 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Reserved Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 12,194 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in WORCESTER, MA.� The Government is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 12,194 ABOA SF if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 12,194 ANSI/BOMA office area and 6 reserved structured parking spaces. The space must be: Located within the city limits of Worcester, MA (the delineated area) Be contiguous All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,194 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,194 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 11, 2021. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
