Description

The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Office of Acquisitions, intends to award on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Source is Mobile Communications America Winston Salem, NC and will provide UHF Communication Systems Maintenance and Repair on the NIEHS Campus.�The Source shall provide qualified personnel to perform preventive maintenance/repair/replacement, emergency maintenance/repair/replacement, inspection, new installation and programming of the campus UHF Communication Systems as required at the National Institute of Environment Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina.���The work areas consist of the NIEHS Main Campus located at 111 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC and NIEHS B110 Warehouse at 105 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC.��The resultant contract will be for a base year and 4 option year period. The Period of performance for this acquisition is July 1, 2021 � June 30, 2022.
