Description
This solicitation has been extended by 15 days. Proposals can be submitted on May, 15, 2021 by 11:30am CST. Conditioned Fresh Air Supply Replace Existing AAON RM-010-8-0-AA02-152 Outdoor air handling unit with a new unit capable of delivering 6,000 CFM. Unit shall provide sufficiently dry air that the internal relative humidity stays at or below 50% at a temperature of 70 degrees, F. The existing ductwork supplies Fan Coil Units 1 to 21 most being located on the first floor of the building. Additional supply ducting shall be added to provide conditioned air to the basement air handler AHU-3 (intake is located behind existing AAON unit). Remove any existing lovers/obstructions in the exterior wall. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK SECTION FOR FURHTER DETAILS. Isolation Room (Rooms 111 & 113) Add inline Exhaust Fan capable of removing 150 CFM from each room. It is suggested to connect into the return air ducting accessible from the main corridor. If that is not possible ceilings in bedrooms are a false ceiling. True ceiling is a few feet higher. Any additional return grills added must be tamper resistant and supported by the structure holding the true ceiling. Exhaust shall be vented through the roof and shall be constructed to match existing.�� Existing exhaust fans in the facility are made by Cook model numbers 70 SQN and 80 DB. Exhaust Fan shall be connected to the Building Automation System with status displayed on the Exhaust Fan screen with the ability to override the unit to an off status.
