South: Intersection of E Fanners Ave & W Loop 335 going west on Loop 335 until W Hollywood Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,143 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. Space shall provide 24/7 HVAC for a LAN Room. Space shall provide an evidence storage room, weapons storage room, and an ammunition storage room. Space shall be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new building, the space offered shall be in a building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences. Space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. The building must be able to comply with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and meet certain security requirements as set forth in the Interagency Security Committee Standards and the Department of Justice Security Standards. Daytime cleaning is required. Lessor shall comply with additional COVID-19 routine cleaning and disinfection in the facility/building. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Amarillo, TX, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
