Description

28 April 2021: Added all RFIs as an official Solicitation Amendment.� Reminder that it is the contractor's responsibility to acknowledge all amendments on their Sealed Bid submission in order to be considered. 13 April 2021: Added provisions and clauses to solicitation. Also, answering Requests for Information (RFI). The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solicitation for Project #XHZG20201272 for B403 extractor utilities and B318 sanitary�line repair. The work location will be at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, OK. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard�of $16,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). Persons who intend to bid are strongly encourage�to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.� ""Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later�than 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices�received are w ithin an awardable range.�Aw ard will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government�considering only price and price related factors.�
