Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a single or multiple �Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contract for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety supplies This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written RFQ is attached. This RFQ does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation or to award a contract for these supplies. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement. RFQ_D-21-SS-0073 proposed procurement method is a Total Small Business set-a-side. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2021-05. All qualified, responsible Offerors may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. The resulting contract shall be awarded to the Offeror who provides the lowest price technically acceptable offer who meets all the requirements of the solicitation.
