East:� From the intersection of I-40 and I-440 southbound to the intersection of England Road. South:� From the intersection of I-440 and England Road westbound to the intersection of I-30/I-630 continuing westbound to the intersection of I-630/I-430. West:� From the intersection of I-630/I-430 northbound to the intersection of I-430/I-40/Maumelle Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,048 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,048 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Fenced parking area on-site is required. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Little Rock, Arkansas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
