Description
FY21 CARI REFINISH MAGNOLIA OVERSEER'S FLOORS The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Cane River Historical National Park, in Derry, Louisiana. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to refinish floors. This will consist of intent to sand, prep and refinish approximately 1500 square feet of bare tongue and groove wood floors in four rooms of the Magnolia Overseer�s House. Contractor shall repair in-kind damaged floor near living room door threshold of approximately five (5) square feet before sanding per Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $15,000 and $25,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for, Natchitoches LA will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238330 and the size standard is $16.5M. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-May 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
