- The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center GSTAFF-G6 �intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to Executive Information Systems, LLC, Bethesda, MD for Renewal of JMP SAS software for 1 year. Executive Information Systems is the only vendor able to provide software with comprehensive capabilities to include but not limited to, the generation of factorial, response surface, D-optimal, and factor screening designs. � All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210.
