- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, NC, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Pressure Washing Services using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement will be solicited as a HUBZone Small Business set-aside. The activity�s small business office concurs with this set-aside determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561790. The size standard is $8 million. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Bragg, North Carolina requires contractor services to perform pressure washing services in order to provide the Government with added years of life to the surface of facilities, bridges, and water tanks by removing embedded oils, gum, dirt, paint, graffiti, and other soils from exteriors. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, transportation, equipment, supervision and any other items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the pressure washing services. These services will be provided on Fort Bragg, Pope AFB, Camp MacKall, Simmons Army Airfield, and Linden Oaks Sub-division, North Carolina. Services are expected to begin on approximately 1 June 2021. The period of performance is a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods with the option to extend services an additional six months in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site (beta.SAM). The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 7 May 2021.
