- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, Nh and Everett Lake, Weare, NH.� Services will be for a base and two (2) option years. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies,�equipment and transportation necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations: Hopkinton Lake Project Office, 2097 Maple Street, Hopkinton, NH Merrimack River Basin, 2097 Maple Street, Hopkinton, NH Hopkinton Lake Gatehouse, Maple Street (NH Route 127), Hopkinton, NH Elm Brook Park Cabin, 102 Elm Brook Park Road, Hopkinton, NH Everett Lake Project Office, 395 Clough Park Road, Weare, NH Everett Lake Gatehouse, approx. two tenths of a mile from Everett Lake Project Office This is a request for offers.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation is only available online; in order to download the solictation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunties website (www.BetaSAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.� The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.� ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NONRESPONSIVE.
