- This Request For Information (RFI), Serial Number 223201-21_AGCAS, is not a solicitation for a contract or grant award. This RFI notice is for information purposes only, is not a request for proposals, and does not obligate the government in any way. The Government will not reimburse the respondents for any costs associated with the information submitted in response to this request. The Government will treat each submission as confidential. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 and EA-18G Aircraft), is soliciting feedback from industry regarding Attachment 1, Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Exhibit A, Draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), contract type and schedule .� NAVAIR intends to seek feedback regarding the requirements approach, content clarity and potential alternative approaches that may reduce cost and risk. The information received in response to this RFI may be considered in the development of any subsequent statement of work, may serve as input to policy considerations, and is intended to obtain a ""sense of the industry"". The information received will be considered and may be factored into future decisions.
