- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number is W911RZ-21-Q-0029. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, dated 10 March 2021 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 2/24/2021. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to provide services to disinfect 66 pieces (+/-30%) of equipment with 1% Virkon solution on Fort Carson CO for the 62nd ENG BN. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code:561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, size standar$12,000,000.00. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set aside. The Product Service Code is L079; Technical Representative - Cleaning Equipment and Supplies. Your points of contact for this requirement are as follows: Contract Specialist, SFC Cryoskie, Charles, charles.a.cryoskie.mil@mail.mil Contracting Officer, SFC Hayes, Angelina, angelina.m.hayes2.mil@mail.mil This solicitation will close at 10:00 AM PDT on May 04, 2021. All questions must be submitted no later than 04:00 PM PDT on May 02, 2021 to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. The contractor will provide the following for the site as described below: The contractor shall provide services to disinfect 66 pieces (+/-30%) of equipment with 1% Virkon solution on Fort Carson CO for the 62nd ENG BN. All services to include, but not limited to; labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary actions required to furnish, deliver, clean, sanitize the equipment.�ALL cleaning shall be completed by 5:00PM MDT on 12 MAY 2021.
