- USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest has a requirement for supply of fence materials to be delivered and off loaded to a designated location at Tonto Basin Ranger Station, under Commercial Items format. �� �Materials as follows: 1)�� �Barbed Wire � 2 Point Class III Certified Barbed Wire, 1,320 foot rolls; Made in USA required (provide verification); 2)�� �Barbless Wire - Class III Certified Barbless Wire, 1,320 foot rolls; Made in USA required (provide verification); 3)�� �T-Posts � 6 foot ASTM A-702 Certified. �Made in USA required (provide verification)� 4)�� �H-Brace Sets � Set includes (1) 7 ft x 2 � inch steel A36 Angle Brace Post and required bolt assembly to complete each H-brace set. �Made in USA required (provide verification); 5)�� �Spiral Stays � 36 inch galvanized metal spiral fence stays, 100 each per bundle; Delivery: �Tonto Basin Ranger Station, Roosevelt, AZ. �Delivery requires vendor to provide forklift and operator to off load and place materials. �Prices shall include all handling, shipping charges, and any taxes that State of Arizona does not exempt the Federal Government. Questions should be sent to Purchasing Agent in writing before February 17, 2021, 1600 MST (Arizona). This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 423390 (100 Empl). �Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). �The Request For Quotations (RFQ) �will be made available on this announcement, on or after February 2, 2021. �Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
