Description: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is seeking interested parties having the capability to manufacturer and supply certain High Explosive (HE) materials used by DOE/NNSA. DOE/NNSA and its complex of Laboratories and Sites use various types of HE during their national security mission. The Government is interested in production capabilities within the United States and delivery to DOE/NNSA sites in the continental United States of conventional and insensitive high explosives (specified below) beginning in 2026.�
