- Description
- Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to procure Education Support Services for Marine Corps University (MCU).� It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR 15- Contracting by Negotiations. The Government intends to award to using Best Value Tradeoff procedures. The award will be issued on an all or none basis.� The solicitation, (M00264-21-R-0002) will be posted on or about 5 February 2021 and made available on the web site https:// beta.sam.gov. �It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.sam.gov.� Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. �All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).� Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://piee.eb.mil/.� The points of contact for this solicitation are Michael Curley, Team Lead, michael.t.curley@usmc.mil and Amanda Dupont, Contract Specialist, amanda.dupont@usmc.mil.� �All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
