- 4 May 2021: Posting OF 1419, Abstract of Offers - Construction and the sign-in sheet from the sealed bid opening held on 3 May 2021. 28 April 2021: Added all RFIs as an official Solicitation Amendment.� Reminder that it is the contractor's responsibility to acknowledge all amendments on their Sealed Bid submission in order to be considered. 27 April 2021: Answered Request for Information (RFI). 13 April 2021: Added provisions and clauses to solicitation. Also, answering Requests for Information (RFI). The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solicitation for Project #XHZG20200733 to remove existing urinals, install new Zurn Top�Spud Urinal's with Zurn flush valves, and inspect plumbing drain lines with camera prior to installation of new urinals. The work location will�be at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, OK. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard of�$16,500,000.00. The magnitude is betw een $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). Persons w ho intend to bid are strongly encourage to�attend the Pre-Bid Conference. ""Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than�30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received�are within an aw ardable range.�Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government�considering only price and price related factors.�
