- This requirement is to provide upgraded services for the Electronic System Test Sets (ESTS) in support of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 fleet. In which, this particular effort was not awarded competitively, as this effort assimilated a�follow on effort to AEC. AEC had previously been working on this effort for four years. By virtue of this, our timeline and real-time operational tempo would not allow this effort to be copleted by anyone else without causing severe degradation to the mission.�
