Description: The Government intends to negotiate an order with IHS Markit on a sole source basis. The order will be for International Trade Data Subscription Support services to NOAA Fisheries Office of International Affairs and Seafood Inspection (OIASI) to provide support for one base year with a potential four option periods. A Limited Source Justification will be posted as an amendment to this notice at a later date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all submittals received by the due date set forth in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
