- This requirement is for Maintenance Services: �Perform 2 Preventative maintenance (8hrs/visit) each year ensuring provided item is fully operational �Include Unlimited repair visits for a period of 1 year �Submit and Deliver Accurate Maintenance and Repair Reports within two business days ofmaintenance/repair visit. �95% of all reports are timely and accurate. �Service Call Repairs. �Repairs are made in a timely manner; Customer is informed of expected repair time.
